The
Westminster Choir

The Westminster Choir assists in leading worship each Sunday (September - June), presents concerts throughout the year and periodically travels to share their music , recently completing a tour of the Pacific Northwest.  The choir has attained a high level of skill and its reputation as one of the area's premiere choral ensembles is well known throughout Western New York.  A recent CD of Christmas music featuring the Westminster Choir and orchestra is available through the church office.

The group is made up of  professional singers and  skilled volunteers.  Membership is open to members and friends of Westminster.  Rehearsals are on Thursday from 7:30 - 9:30 p.m and Sunday from 10:00 - 10:40 a.m.

Westminster has a long and illustrious history of English handbell ringing with ensembles dating back to the 1950's.  Today, the Westminster Handbell Choir, under the leadership of Dr. Walter S. Mayo, utilizes 5 octaves of bells, handchimes, and 14 talented ringers who rehearse on Thursday evenings from 6:00 - 7:15 and participate monthly in worship.  In addition, the choir performs an annual concert at the church and at various other Western New York venues.
